Kuldlelu Etsy Store privacy policyBackground
Kuldlelu understands that your privacy is important to you and that you care about how your information is used and shared online. We respect and value the privacy of everyone who visits Our Etsy Store and will only collect and use information in ways that are useful to you and in a manner consistent with your rights and Our obligations under the law.
Information I Collect
To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for certain shipping options that require customer contact information such as email and phone number, for example), if you contact me directly.
Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
• as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
• when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for my mailing list;
• if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
• as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving my services. I use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services; and 2) Compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use. I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
• Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
• Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies and accounting company. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
• Business transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
• Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.
Data Retention
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time periods:
• Accounting and Email archive: 7 years.
Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU
I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.
Your Rights
If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have several rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:
• Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
• Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.
• Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
• Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
How to Contact Me
For purposes of EU data protection law, I, Agnes Kuus, am the data controller of your personal information. If you have any questions or concerns, you may contact me at [email protected]

Remote learning is gaining momentum: differences between home schooling and family education
The global pandemic has marked the beginning of a new trend in education: more and more parents choose remote education for their children, regardless of whether their child can attend school or not. The reasons for this are as follows: many children really fell in love with the home learning format – no need to get up early, go to school in the rain and cold, do unloved physical education, be bullied (persecuted by classmates)
For parents, the advantages lie in the safety of the child’s life and health, as well as savings: there is no need to spend a lot on clothes, stationery, school lunches.Of the minuses of the school distance – communication between children and peers decreases, but it can be made up by visiting sections and circles.
The laws of the Russian Federation are not against children being taught at home. Thus, Article 17 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2012 “On Education in the Russian Federation” allows children to study outside of school in the form of family education or self-education.
Distance learning is divided into two types: home and family. They are often confused with each other, although they have little in common.Home education, as a rule, is transferred to children who are often ill or who are at home for a long time – for example, young athletes. In the case of home schooling, the child is visited by a school teacher, whose work is paid by the state. In a family learning situation, all responsibility for the educational process and the costs of it will fall on the shoulders of the parents.
How is knowledge given to children in family education? As the parents see fit. Someone teaches children himself, as does the father of a nine-year-old child prodigy Alisa Teplyakova, who never went to school, but passed the exams at Moscow State University.Someone buys online lessons for children every month. In this case, the child is engaged online with a teacher, completes homework, receives an assessment with comments – everything is as usual, only in a remote format.
Family education has an advantage over home education: students using this system can choose a school in any region of Russia and study remotely. At the chosen school, they take the State Examination and the Unified State Exam. And the rest of the time they study with a laptop at home.
There is no need to think that lazy parents and children choose a remote location.So, the famous Russian millionaire German Sterligov, who deliberately chose life in a remote countryside, teaches his sons and daughter according to his own system, and so far everything suits his family. Experts predict that the future of school education lies precisely with the remote format. Of course, if he is pulled (organizationally first of all) by children and their parents.
90,000 First time in first grade in Germany: what do parents need to know?If your child is about to go to school, we recommend that you start preparing in advance, as is customary in Germany.
Is it time to take your children to school in Germany for the first time? In this article, we will analyze all the details and features.
The absence of a school uniform, an impressive list of stationery and the notorious “sugar bag” growing in the courtyard of a primary school teacher – these are just a few of the differences between a traditional German elementary school and a Russian one.
Features of the German primary school
The primary school, or Grundschule in German, is under state control.Education is conducted according to a standardized program adopted in each specific Federal state (the same applies to textbooks).
Therefore, the level of education in different lands differs, and when you move, difficulties arise with the adaptation of the child to the new system. Accordingly, the school should be chosen where you plan to live for the next few years.
Some more facts about German schools.
- Grades from 1 to 5 in value are mirrored by Russians . The highest score is one, and the worst score is 6 (like “count” in Russian schools).
- Any absence must be justified. – Parents need to call or email the teacher explaining. If the child is absent for more than 3 days, a medical certificate is required.
- The school year starts at different times depending on the land, but all first graders start school between 15 August and 10 September.
- Primary school includes 6 years of study in all states , except for Brandenburg and Berlin (where the period of study in the primary classes is reduced to 4 years).Then the children are redistributed according to their abilities and talents.
- The mode of instruction depends on the type of school . There are “half-days”, where students study strictly from 8 am to lunchtime, and there are options with an extended day.
- The main subjects are taught by the homeroom teacher . These are mathematics, German and English, natural science, art, sports and music.
- The first sex education lessons in Germany are already in grade 4.
- Total vacation duration – 74 days . Summer vacations are short, up to 2 months, but breaks during the year occur more often. The beginning and end of a vacation is determined differently depending on whether the land belongs to one of the five main groups. The meaning of such a device is to protect against traffic jams at certain times of the year.
- Pupils are accepted from the age of 6 , and the exact critical date of birth differs in different lands: somewhere it is June 30, somewhere – September 30, etc.d.
- The main emphasis in education is made by not on grades or adherence to the rules, but on the socialization of students. Therefore, there are many collective and outdoor educational and entertainment activities in schools (hikes, visits to museums, attractions, experiments, master classes).
- Teachers teach at least two subjects , there is no narrow specialization.
- Prolongation in German schools is paid , but the service is very popular, so you should sign up there in advance.
- In most schools there are additional hobby groups , their attendance is paid separately.
- Only those children who stay on the extended day have lunch at school. In other cases, parents without fail give the child a lunchbox with sandwiches, fruits and vegetables for classes.
- Each first grader is assigned a mentor from grade 3 or 4 – their photos are sent along with a welcome letter and a teacher’s introduction shortly before the fall.
The tradition associated with “shultute” – a school bag with sweets deserves a special mention. At the origin of this custom, the “sugar” bag was given to the child by the godfathers, inside there were sweets and stationery. The children were told that the bag grows in the teacher’s yard and ripens when it is time for the child to go to school. Now the bag is bought and filled by parents, and the children receive it at school on their first day of school.
School selection
School education is compulsory, and formally the rights of children are equal at the initial stage.The school is chosen according to the place of residence – specific educational institutions are attached to certain areas. You can find out which school is assigned to your area at your local school office, Schulamt.
In theory, you can choose any other school, but such a decision will need to be justified in writing (for example, declare social close contacts with children from this school). Plus, not always in other schools there are places “not for registration”.
However, the presence of registration is not enough – the child must, in fact, live at the specified address.If a forgery is revealed, the department can expel the child from school and issue a fine to the parents.
If you want to send your child to a specialized sports school or an institution with another narrow bias, in most cases you will need to take tests. Based on their results, the selection committee will make a decision.
Non-government fee-paying schools are a good alternative if budget is available.
There are also private boarding schools in Germany, where children stay for the whole week and only come home on weekends.
The cost of education in a boarding school is about 3000 euros per month on average, in a private school without accommodation – from 50 to 3000 euros per month. There are fewer classes, and education is of higher quality, in-depth.
There is also an official Russian school in Germany at the Russian Embassy in Berlin. Education there is given in accordance with the Russian curriculum, adding in-depth study of the German language. Alternatively, you can choose Staatliche Europa-Schule – a school with 50% teaching in native Russian.
Preparation for admission
Shortly before the first day of school, the child receives a letter from the school, which contains all the important information:
- date and time of the first lessons;
- name of the class in which the student fell;
- name and photo of the class teacher;
- name and photo of the mentor;
- shopping list.
Parents need to prepare in advance
Sugar bag and its filling .In Germany, it is not customary to give flowers to teachers. Instead of bouquets on the first day, first-graders carry a shultute in their hands. The finished bag must be brought to school in advance.
You can do it yourself or buy it at the supermarket. The list for filling is standard: basic school supplies and weaknesses at the discretion of the parents. It is advisable to arrange the bag creatively, as first graders compare their “trophies”.
Stationery according to the list . Natives of Russia who have already collected their children for school in Germany are surprised by the length of the list of necessary stationery.If in a Russian school only the most basic is required, then in Germany the list can include more than 30 items, most of them strictly defined.
Therefore, it is not worth leaving the purchase at the end of summer: during this period there is a real excitement in stores, although many Germans prepare sledges in spring. The ideal time to purchase office supplies is June-July.
Backpack for school supplies . It is advisable to choose a capacious frame backpack with a breathable anatomical back, wide adjustable shoulder straps and an organizer for small accessories.Inside should be a bag for a second shoe, a lunchbox and a bottle for drinks.
Textbooks . Teaching materials are often provided by the school, but this is not the case everywhere. In some educational institutions, you have to buy a small or most of the textbooks for your own money.
Paperwork
To enter the first grade of primary school, a child must be born and registered in Germany. If you moved to the country after the birth of your children, then you need to apply for a residence permit for admission.
You can submit documents starting from the age of 5, if there is evidence for that. In Germany, the development of gifted children is encouraged and early admission to school with the appropriate level of cognitive skills, concentration, language proficiency, physical development and social adaptation is encouraged.
The application to the school is written one year before admission, and from the end of winter to the beginning of spring, parents receive an invitation for a medical examination. The doctor must confirm that the five-year plan is indeed ready for school.
If the kindergarten demands to send a son or daughter to school at the age of 7, and not at 6, as is customary in Germany, then in any case it will be necessary to notify the school about this by an official letter justifying the reasons for the delay by the pedagogical staff of the kindergarten. An individual child’s development plan for a year is also attached to the letter. Parents have the right to challenge the decision of the caregivers and undergo an independent medical examination of the child.
Estimated cost of first grader fees:
- backpack – about 120 euros;
- office supplies – about 100 euros;
- set for decorating a sugar bag – 20 euros;
- bag filling – 20 euros;
- second shoes, tracksuit – 100 euros.
Total – about 360 euros for one first grader.
Question-answer
Can I give flowers to teachers?
In most schools, this is prohibited, since a traditional Russian gift in Germany is perceived as a bribe and an insult.
Is it possible to deviate from the requirements for stationery?
Not desirable. The German passion for accuracy plays a cruel joke here: in the classroom, the teacher may not accept work written in the wrong notebook. Therefore, the list even gives articles of goods and a detailed description of them.
Do children make a holiday on September 1?
The concept of “September 1” does not apply to German schools, since classes there begin at different times, depending on the program. More often, first-graders come to school later than the rest of the students, as they prepare a festive performance for the “recruits” together with the teachers. On the appointed day, children with their parents come to the town hall or the school’s concert hall, where they are shown sketches, introduced to the school rules.
There is no such festive atmosphere as in Russia.Children can wear normal casual clothes.

90,000 Harvey Norman is … What is Harvey Norman?Harvey Norman (Russian Harvey Norman ) is the largest Australian retailer. More than 230 stores [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] in Australia, New Zealand, Slovenia, Ireland, Malaysia, Croatia and Singapore form an international distribution network. [7] The brand is owned by the Australian company Harvey Norman Holdings Limited. [8]
Harvey Norman Holdings Limited is the franchisor of the Australian retail chains Domayne, Space Furniture, Ariston Appliances and Joyce Mayne. [8]
History
In 1961, Jerry Harvey and Ian Norman opened their first store that specialized in electrical and household appliances. The success prompted Harvey and Norman to expand the business.Negotiations were held with the Keith Lord retail chain, which sought to expand its retail group. [9]
In October 1982, Auburn Harvey and Norman opened a major shopping center in Sydney, the first in the Harvey Norman chain. On September 3, 1987, Harvey Norman was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange.
In the early 1990s, Harvey Norman transitioned to a successful US supermarket format, adding computer hardware and household goods to their assortment.The company’s development was limited by another retailer, Joyce Mayne, which was bought by Harvey Norman in 1998, adding more than 100 additional stores to the chain. [10]
Structure
A specific feature of the Harvey Norman structure is that each department of the supermarket (bedding, furniture, computers, household appliances, etc.) operates under the control of a separate franchisor. Thus, many supermarkets are a combination of three or four separate businesses with their own franchisor, which provide the holding with a constant income through lease payments and sales tax.
Since one department is virtually independent of the other, salespeople work directly in their department. For example, a salesperson in the computer department will generally not be allowed to help customers who buy furniture, bedding, or appliances.
Each department has its own product control. However, the warehouse is common to all departments.
Goods for repair
Harvey Norman Design and Renovations is a subsidiary of Harvey Norman Holdings Limited.HNDR specializes in the sale of sanitary ware, kitchen, office and home furniture, as well as bar supplies and home theater systems. Initially, HNDR stores were located in Victoria, South Australia and New South Wales. Stores in Victoria and South Australia were subsequently liquidated, leaving 5 stores in New South Wales.
Stationery
In August 2007, Harvey Norman announced its intention to compete with other retailer Officeworks.In December 2007, the company acquired Megamart and Retravision, which had an extensive network of stores that could compete with Officeworks. [11] In March 2008, Harvey Norman announced the opening of the first two OFIS stores in Albury and Sydney. The company’s plans were to open 100 stores within ten years. [12] However, the first five stores proved to be extremely unprofitable, and in February 2009, Harvey Norman announced that it would close the program in June 2009. [13]
International network
Harvey Norman has an extensive network of stores in the following countries: [14]
Sponsorship
“Harvey Norman” is the sponsor of the following teams:
- National Basketball League Team – New Zealand Breakers
- National Rugby League Teams – Melbourne Storm, North Queensland Cowboys and Cronulla Sharks
- NFL Team – Richmond Tigers
Also sponsors the National Rugby League Championship – “State of Origin”
Criticism
- In October 2011, four environmentalists climbed onto the Sydney Opera House with a “No Harvey Norman, No!” (similar to the company’s slogan: Go Harvey Norman, Go! ) “Stop selling Aussie forest destruction!” (eng. Stop Aussie Forests Sale ). [16]
- In December 2011, Harvey Norman was fined $ 1.25 million by the Federal Court of Australia for misleading buyers. Advertisements for the new 3D TVs said they would be able to watch the NRL and AFL finals in 3D although these sporting events are not broadcast in this format. [17]
