Free Monthly Calendar or Planner Printable Online

Generate a free, monthly calendar in printable PDF format using the form below. Configuration options allow multiple planning formats, such as desk calendar, wall calendar, or monthly planner.

Monthly Calendar Instructions

New in 2018! This free calendar generator is now SSL-secured!

Enter a start date for the calendar and then the number of months (up to 60) that you want to print. Then click the “Generate Calendar” button to view the monthly calendar online. Check the “Download” checkbox to download the PDF to your computer instead. There are many customization options.

Configure the page size, orientation, and font as you would like it, using the preset buttons to set standard paper sizes. The calendar cells will automatically resize to fill up the paper. You can individually customize the margins if you need space to write notes. You can enter an optional caption. For international users, select the day of the week that each week should starts on, for example, Sunday-Saturday or Monday-Sunday.

By default, the month calendar displays mini-calendars for the next and previous month. These are printed in off-month cells. The calendar also displays the dates of the next and previous month in a fainter, gray color. Both of these displays can be turned off for a cleaner-looking planner. You can adjust the font size of the numbers, but if too large, then the font size is automatically reduced to fit.

Adding Notes to the Calendar

You can not directly type notes into the calendar. To add notes, simply specify the date and the note in the “Events” box. Separate the date and note with a comma (or tab), e.g. “2/13/2007, Walk the dog”, or “2/13/2007, 6pm Meet Eddy”.

A more systematic method is to prepare your list of custom events or notations in a separate program, then cut and paste into the “Events” box above. Specify each event on a separate line, with the date followed by the description of the event. The date and description should be separated by a comma or tab (automatically detected). If the dates contain commas, you must use tabs as the delimiter.

Dates can be supplied in almost any format. Times are ignored, unless they are part of the event description. Select a standard event list from the drop-down box, and then use the “Add Events” button to add the events. The pre-defined event lists include current year US Federal Legal Holidays, US Other Celebrated Days, and Moon Phases (based on EST/EDT). Choose “All Event Types” to add them all at once. Click the “Clear Events” button to clear the event list. You can have multiple events on the same date, and events do not have to be in sorted order. Long event descriptions will wrap and fill the cell until the text eventually spills outside the cell. Any lines with invalid dates will be ignored.

You can use an online spreadsheet program like Google Spreadsheet to prepare and save your event list, then simply cut and paste the list into the box above. For world holiday information, you can obtain current year listings from Q++ Studio. Unfortunately, they have encoded the data, and it must be manually retyped for use in this calendar.

Shading

Select the days of the week to display with a shaded background color. By default, the weekend
(Saturday and Sunday) is shaded in a light gray color. You can customize the color by entering the
red-green-blue value in hexadecimal like HTML color codes. Look up color codes on this neutral colors color chart.

Rules

Set the number of rules to draw in each day cell. Rules are horizontal lines for
hand-written notes. Enter zero to obtain blank, unruled cells. For ruling, try five to eight.
Adjust the number based on the paper size and the size of your hand-writing.

Font Size

Click one of the preset font size buttons to automatically set the font sizes on the calendar.
You can have small, medium, or large print, and these settings are optimized for letter-size paper.
Enter custom font sizes if you want to make further adjustments, or for different paper sizes.
Enter font sizes in points, where 1 point = 1/72 of an inch. If your font sizes are too big
for the paper size, the calendar will display junk, so use the custom sizes carefully. The minimum font size is 3 and maximum is 60.

Wish List

What other features would you like to see on this calendar? What other event lists are useful to you? Enter your wish in the box below to send me a message. (You can preview it before sending.)

Online Monthly Planner Template | Free Online Calendar Planner

What is a monthly planner?

A monthly planner is a visual planning tool that allows you to add tasks and events to a monthly calendar, with the goal of properly spacing out your time throughout the month and ensuring tasks are completed in a timely fashion. It can be used by businesses, as an academic planner, an individual to plan out their month, or by teams with input from multiple team members to plan out tasks for a given project. You can use a template like Miro’s online calendar planner, a desktop/mobile app like Google Calendar, or Microsoft Outlook to loop in teammates, who can view and edit events from their iPhone, Android, or laptop.

3 benefits of using an online calendar for monthly planning

An online monthly planner has several advantages over a traditional one: it’s more collaborative, more visual, and easier to use.

1. Make your schedule visually come to life

Miro’s online monthly planner allows you to upload images like company logos and icons to go with the tasks you create. This makes your monthly planning more engaging, and allows you to visualize your tasks more easily at-a-glance from the calendar view.

2. Loop in other team members

A custom planner allows you to tag team members on certain tasks, assign them tasks, or ask for notes with ease. Give everyone on your team access to the planner, so you can get a high-level overview of what everyone’s doing, due dates, and necessary resources.

3. Leave sticky notes and comments

Using an online planner not only lets you assign out tasks, but also get feedback and update the planner with stickers and comments. This turns the monthly planner into a living, breathing document that evolves as your project evolves.

How to use your online visual monthly planner in 3 steps

Here’s a simple guide on how to use, and get the most out of, your online monthly planner.

1. Choose a template

Choose from a range of templates in Miro’s template gallery: you can use either a weekly or monthly planner. You can also use multiple templates simultaneously to plan out longer periods of time, i.e. a stacking daily planner, weekly planner, and monthly planner.

2. Add events or tasks using sticky notes or texts

With your template chosen, you can then start adding individual tasks, events, or to-do-lists using text blocs or sticky notes. Make sure to tag the right people on these tasks so everyone knows what to do.

3. Add visuals

Company logos and icons, pictures, and more brings some personality and fun to your work. They’re also a great way to quickly identify separate projects in your monthly planner.

Tip: Don’t forget to share your online visual Monthly Planner with your team – shared space allows you to collaborate on tasks, arrange meetings and achieve goals together!

FAQs about online calendar planners

How do I organize my calendar?

Start by breaking each individual day into blocks: morning, afternoon, and evening. Make sure to keep the number of events in each block limited, and add sticky notes to flesh out any interrelated tasks or to-do-lists. Also, make sure you give yourself enough time between events, so that you’re not rushing too much to keep your schedule.

What should I put in my calendar?

If you’re a student, then you should add your classes in, time for studying, and doing homework. Fill in personal events around school-related ones. If you’re a professional, then input any meetings, important deadlines, or work-related tasks that you need to complete.

Create a printable monthly calendar

Monthly calendars are so useful to organize and schedule tasks throughout the month. Unlike other types of planners, they help us to have a medium-term overview of everything that needs to be done, so they are convenient to prioritize work and increase productivity.

With the routine, it is totally normal not to retain in memory all the tasks marked or that arise, so having an organizer is essential to capture everything that comes to mind without having to remember it. Also, these work very well as an incentive to achieve all the goals set.

At the EDIT.org graphic editor, you can find printable monthly planners so that you can customize them to your liking in just a few clicks. You can also edit daily planners, weekly planners, or checklist templates to complement them.

How to customize a blank monthly calendar design with EDIT.org

  1. Click on a monthly planner in this article or go to the editor to get started.
  2. Select the template you like best
  3. Customize it with your own texts and other elements and colors

  5. Download the template to print it or share it online if needed

Use a free printable monthly planner to organize your tasks

Although monthly planners are also helpful for personal life (to write down dinners, meetings, work tasks, obligations, etc.), they tend to be common in companies and businesses that have appointments with suppliers, meetings, pending duties, or holidays to keep in mind. Although many work teams already have corporate agendas, the truth is that planners of this type offer you much more space to write and allow you to visualize the whole month at a glance, so the final organization is usually more effective.

EDIT.org templates are designed to adapt to each particular month, so they have a small space to write the days. You will only have to change the month name and fill in the gaps that you think are convenient.

At the design level, you can change the color of the template depending on the month and then quickly identify what period it is. For example, you can use blue for the summer months or green for the spring months. You can also simply use your corporate colors to make the design more in line with your brand. Finally, don’t forget to include other text fields that you think will be helpful, such as motivational phrases, main objectives, notes, or a small checklist, as well as your company logo if necessary.

Your monthly calendar planner ready to download in just a few clicks

You can use these monthly plannings in both physical and digital format. However, it is highly recommended to print them to be able to write down everything as you think about it. Also, you will quickly see everything you have done and cross it out.

From EDIT.org, we recommend you customize a template and save it in your user profile to modify it when necessary or create a copy for each month. This way, you can make small changes if necessary and print the final result in maximum quality.

Go to the editor to start creating your monthly planner easily and quickly with all the convenient details.

14-year-old Kolya was presented with a beautiful tear-off calendar with naked aunts for his birthday – his year flew by in 10 minutes. Now Kolya uses the Agenda application and controls his time.

Millions of people around the world, like Kolya, rely on the free Agenda app to plan their schedule and get more done.

Benefits of the Agenda app:
• REMINDERS – weekly, monthly, yearly reminders will help you focus on your most important goals (surprise your wife by remembering your anniversary, and maybe this year you will save on buying gold earrings).
• VOICE INPUT FUNCTION allows you to quickly create a list of tasks (by saying a couple of magic phrases, you can puzzle yourself for a whole week).
• MANAGEMENT OF THE TASK LIST ensures that the items on your list are completed properly and before the deadlines (please, after reading this item, do not rush to fire all your staff, they may also need something from them).

90,000 Best Evernote Calendars, Templates, and Productivity Tools

By Gleb Zakharov Reading 4 min.Views 746 Published 90 003

These free templates can improve productivity and organization

Templates are handy tools that you might be familiar with in other programs, such as Microsoft Office applications. But did you know that you can also use them for Evernote tasks?

The approach to using these tools is slightly different, but you can save time by creating your own collection of Evernote templates.I’ll show you how to do this by offering some tips on the best templates for better organization this year.

To help you find great solutions as quickly as possible, we’ve created this collection of favorites, so follow the next slides for direct links.

How to use a template in Evernote

In the past, Evernote users had access to templates during a workaround, which meant taking notes and then copying and pasting those notes into a new document every time they wanted to use it.Evernote finally caught on and released a library of templates that all users have access to. You can find these templates in the Evernote Template Gallery.

Note . While all users have access to Evernote templates, they can only be applied to existing documents by premium users. If you’re using the free version of Evernote, you’ll either have to use existing notes in their current format, or recreate them to fit into the template you want.

To use Evernote templates:

  1. Go to the Evernote Template gallery and find the one you want to use.
  2. Click View Template to see the complete document.
  3. When you find the template you want to use, click Save Template.
  4. Then, when you want to use the template, create a new note in Evernote and click the Template button in the body of the note.
  5. Select the template you want to use from the available templates in the list.
  6. A menu appears with three options: Apply Template , Rename Template and Delete Template . In this case, select Apply Template to apply it to the note.
  7. Then create your note as usual, changing and adding text and formatting as you see fit.

This is it! Pretty soon, using templates in Evernote should seem like second nature.

Note . Templates work differently in the web version of Evernote. If you find that you cannot access them when using Evernote in a web browser, try downloading the desktop app (for Windows) or using the app on your mobile device. Once you’ve started a document in a template, you can access it through Evernote for the browser.

Cronofy Evernote Calendar Connector

You can find web connections using services like IFTTT and Zapier, but for an easier approach, use Cronofy’s Evernote Calendar Connector.

This simple yet powerful service associates a specific date with popular calendars such as Google Calendar, iCloud, Office 365, and Outlook.com. in the corresponding Evernote notes.

Using such a tool means you can track information and commitments in an organized way, which is the goal of performance.

Or check out Evernote’s own templates in the following slides.

Free Evernote Annual Calendar and Planning Templates

Clearly define your year, month, week, and day with free Evernote scheduling templates.

Note . To access any of the templates or information on this site, you must register and subscribe to regular email newsletters from this company.

More notes on your own collection of Evernote templates

Since you may be reading this while setting goals or renewing efforts for the organization, you may want to consider one additional preparation step.

Create a separate template folder. Think of it like a bank. Put your templates, especially those you find in resources outside of Evernote, in a folder, and then when you find a reason to use one, it’s ready and you know exactly where to find it.

To use a template, simply select it by right-clicking and select Copy to Notepad . This allows you to place a copy of this template in a target folder of your choice.

Share notes with your team

Since you can customize your templates and reuse them as needed, collaborating with your team can be a good idea. Depending on your plan, you can share note templates and further improve your team’s productivity.

8 Best Free Calendar Apps for Android

Everyone needs an efficient way to manage appointments, meet deadlines, and remember birthdays and anniversaries. There is no way to juggle it all in your head, but luckily, you will find tons of mobile apps to help you get it all straight.

So let’s take a look at some of the free Android calendar apps currently available on the Google Play store.

1. Google Calendar

An obvious starting point for any list of free calendar apps. Google Calendar comes preinstalled on most Android devices and is available in the Play Store for everyone else.If you are using other Google Productivity Services

(like Gmail or Keep), this should definitely be installed on your device.

Google updated the app in 2014 to fit the new Android Material Design philosophy

, The web application also underwent a major overhaul

in 2017, so now both versions are sleek and feature-rich.

As you browse your calendar month after month, you can simply swipe and set it up to automatically retrieve events (such as hotel bookings, flights, and event tickets) right from your inbox and add them to your schedule.

Finally, Google has also added a timetable view. This shows you a continuous list of upcoming entries, rather than suggesting a daily or weekly display.

2. Business Calendar

Don’t let the name fool you. This calendar is suitable for students, retirees and freelancers as well as for people working in the office.

The main advantage of the application is its alternative approach to use and display.Instead of the typical dropdown menu giving access to day, week, and month views, the app takes an intuitive touch and touch navigation approach.

Other features that make Business Calendar a worthy competitor include:

  • Task view for managing to-do lists

    ,

  • Live search.
  • Custom event templates.
  • New and improved user interface including dark theme.

It also uses Android calendar sync, which allows it to sync with other popular calendar services like Google Calendar and Exchange.

Download: Business Calendar (Free, premium version available)

3. ZenDay

ZenDay is a calendar and to-do list app for Android

,

Its outstanding feature is the three-dimensional scale of events. The timing is meant to make it easier for you to see what you can achieve on a given day. If you want, ZenDay can even complete each day automatically for you. You just need to tell the app how much free time you have and when it crashes.

The app also offers a retrospective function. It shows you what you have achieved along with what you could have achieved. In theory, reviewing what you’ve done should make you more productive in the future.

All other typical calendar features are present, including Google and Outlook sync, priority events, and reminders.

Download: ZenDay (Free, premium version available)

4. Jorte

Jorte is another strong hitter in the world of free calendars and one of the most popular downloads on the Play Store.

It sets itself apart from some of its competitors with its cloud-based sync service, which lets you manage your calendars right from the web.Its biggest attraction, however, is its incredible level of customization. You can change aspects such as colors, backgrounds, themes and widget size. It also provides a store that allows you to purchase additional backgrounds and a wide variety of icons.

Other features include the ability to download sports team schedules, an interactive location to navigate directly to the map application, and a more detailed daily view than Google Calendar.

Download: Jorte (Free, subscription available)

5.aCalendar

With some great Android calendar widgets, more colors than Jorte, and easier navigation than Cal, aCalendar is another top contender for the title.

One productivity feature that is especially useful for power users is having a small monthly calendar on the day and week views. This allows you to organize yourself more efficiently without having to constantly switch between different screens.

Side Shift allows you to quickly move between monthly, daily and weekly planners, while swiping up and down moves you through the calendar in increments based on the current planner selection. This feature is not as smooth as Google Calendar and unfortunately lacks Click to expand the Business Calendar feature.

It can also sync photos from your address book for birthdays and anniversaries, as well as the NFC function to quickly distribute information to large groups.

Download: aCalendar (Free premium version available)

6. Informant

Informant provides four useful productivity tools – Calendar, Notes, Contacts and Tasks – in one application interface.

Visually, this is not as nice as some of the other apps on the list. But it is clearly stated and easy to follow; the developers have clearly prioritized the form.

In addition to standard features such as multiple views and ICS support, users can enjoy several other important benefits. These include dockable notes, natural language input for events (for example, you can type “Meet Ben at 12 for lunch tomorrow,” and the app will recognize him), time zone management, and integrated weather forecasts.

The $ 25 / Year Premium Edition unlocks the sync tool. If you plan on accessing your calendar on multiple devices, this is a must.

7.DigiCal

DigiCal offers the usual feature set, including:

  • Diary
  • Seven different views on the agenda
  • Global Weather Forecasts
  • Synchronization with Google Calendar, Outlook and Exchange
  • Dark theme

However, the app earns its place on this list of the best calendar apps for Android thanks to its downloadable additional calendars. We’re all used to seeing holiday and some sports calendars, but DigiCal takes them to the next level.

It offers over 500,000 event calendars for download. They cover everything from finance and lifestyle to television and astronomy. As you can imagine, some seriously obscure content is available if you mess around.

Download: DigiCal (Free, premium version available)

8. Simple Calendar

As the name suggests, this app is … simple. However, accessibility is what makes the app so great. It doesn’t connect to Google Calendar or other well-known cloud-based calendar services.

Instead, all application data is stored locally on your device, and the application code is open source. It will only ask for two permissions: pins (for importing birthdays and anniversaries) and Storage location (for exporting ICS files).

Given that we live in an era where Google knows almost everything about you, this level of privacy is sure to appeal to security fans.Bottom line: Simple Calendar is one of the leading calendar apps for Android.

What’s the best free calendar app for Android?

When comparing similar apps, it is difficult to pick one clear winner as it all depends on what you want your calendar app to do. I rely heavily on Google’s suite of services and therefore use Google Calendar. However, it cannot be denied that some of the other options are more feature-rich and less clunky.

Business Calendar is a clear winner in terms of productivity and organization. For those who value personalization above all else, you need to look no further than Jorte.

And remember, just because you’re using a calendar app, don’t discount the benefits of a reliable laptop. Pen and paper are still an important productivity tool.

Want even more options for your calendar app? These alternatives to Google Calendar

awesome apps too.

90,000 10 services to organize a to-do list and increase productivity in 2021

Now is the time to tidy up your to-do list and start a new online planner, organizer or calendar so that you can become more efficient and productive this year.

In this review, the topic of productivity and its main methods are discussed in detail, as well as a collection of various applications, diaries for organizing tasks and checklists, which we have sorted out on the shelves, highlighting only the most basic and important so that you can choose the one without tedious search. what is really right for you.

What is productivity?

Being productive means being able to efficiently complete as many important tasks as possible on time. There is no way to cope here without a systematic approach. The to-do list should be drawn up sequentially, taking into account the priority and volume of tasks.Well-crafted, it serves as a rigid framework for your productive activities during the day, week or month, preventing you from being sprayed on secondary matters and procrastinating. For this, there are certain methods and tools that will help to clearly structure all tasks and consistently decompose them in time space.

What are the main methods and tools for productivity?

There are several popular scheduling and task management techniques that application creators integrate into their products to varying degrees.

GTD – Getting Things Done

Self-organization method proposed by David Allen and based on the book of the same name. Basic postulates:

  • Write down absolutely all cases swarming in your head, freeing your RAM.Our brain is like a computer, if many tabs are open at the same time, the work of the brain slows down, otherwise it may freeze altogether, overloaded with the processes being performed.
  • Sorting and prioritization of tasks. Everything that can be done in two minutes is done right now. We can safely delegate tasks that can be delegated.
  • The rest of the cases that require action and more time are sorted, divided into steps, and we decide what to do and in what sequence.
  • We start doing right now. Tasks correctly prioritized and timeline outlined create a clear plan of action, allowing you to get things done without unnecessary stress.

The method allows you to concentrate on the important, correctly prioritize and finish what you started.

Kanban Boards

Kanban methodology came to us from the Japanese Toyota plant and in the context of this concept is translated as “signal card”.This method is primarily about visualizing tasks and managing their flow, and is also ideal for multi-step projects.

The basic rules are simple:

  • for a personal kanban, a board (real or virtual) of three columns is enough, which essentially reflect the current status of the tasks located in them: “To do” – tasks waiting in line, “In Progress” – what you are doing now and “Done” – completed cases. There can be any number of columns, depending on the stages and specifics of the work. The card tasks move sequentially from left to right, going through all the stages, to the final point.
  • Kanban, like GTD, requires a limit on the number of tasks in progress. Ideally, this is one thing, which is brought to an end, and only then should one proceed to the next.

This task organization system allows you to see your real workload, the state of affairs at the moment and track progress towards achieving the planned.

Pomodoro

Method

This method of increasing productivity was introduced by college student Francesco Cirillo back in the 1980s. The key is to break down your working time into clear time intervals during which you need to concentrate and complete tasks, and rest periods in between. And the method got its name thanks to the kitchen timer in the form of a tomato, which Francesco himself used, setting the time on it to do his business.

Four easy steps:

  • Define daily tasks
  • Set the timer for 25 minutes
  • Concentrate on one task from your list
  • After making it, take a five-minute pause. And proceed to the next case

After a cycle of four tasks, take a full break of 15-30 minutes.

Suitable for those who want to learn to focus deeply and end procrastination by setting a clear time frame for completing tasks.

Paper-like

Paper-like is not really a method or tool, but rather a feature of some applications. Paper and pen invariably remain an accessible and familiar way for many to organize their time and affairs.Despite the total domination of gadgets, many people do not want to give up the visual and convenient way of planning. Therefore, some developers make their applications look like the usual paper planners, be it the look, layout or the sound of a writing pencil when typing.

For those who want to plan their business more productively, while maintaining a familiar form and visibility.

Habit trackers

Another useful tool for improving personal productivity. Allows you to acquire good habits or get rid of unnecessary ones. You just need to select the desired action and add it to the daily schedule, and then simply mark the completion and track your progress towards the goal.

For those who want to improve and consolidate beneficial actions at the level of habit.

Application overview

Rich functions and branched applications are suitable for those who are daily loaded with various tasks, like to scrupulously write down, mark, structure and arrange everything into daddies and boxes, and simpler ones – for those who prefer to spend a minimum of time on entering and processing their cases, lovers of visualization and minimalism.

But regardless of the type of scheduler, the main criteria by which the applications are selected in this overview are the same: functionality in balance with clarity and intuitive use. From simple to complex.

Method: GTD, paper-like weekly calendar

Simplicity

Usage: personal and shared

Available: Web, iPhone, Android

The most recent – TWEEK, the main feature is only a weekly view, which, according to the developers themselves, is the most visual layout for organizing and planning cases.

It is really convenient, especially in the web version, and most importantly, it is very simple. In Tweek’e you do not need to delve into and understand, but you can immediately start drawing up a to-do list and planning.

A very useful function of automatic transfer of unfinished tasks to the next day allows you to leave only completed tasks in the past; forgetting or missing the unfinished will not work.

This is what the desktop version of the application looks like

Ultra-laconic design, cute bird-symbol, the name is a bit consonant with twitter, but it is better for recognition.

At the bottom of the screen, there is a place for tasks with no deadline and random lists. There are a few headings for structuring to-do lists, but if you are smart, you can easily create them yourself by highlighting the first item in the list with color.

You can create several separate calendars in parallel, for example personal and work. They can be shared with other users, colleagues, family and shared on the Internet using a link.

Subtasks and color highlighting:

Editing a record

You can mark an important task or event with color, as we used to do in the pre-digital era with a bright marker in a paper diary. There is also an option to add notes, subtasks or checklists to a record.

Reminders come in the form of a summary by email, which is convenient for those who start their day by checking emails and do it all the time.

Convenient print:

If you still miss paper and pen, you can print your week’s template and fill it in offline; it will look exactly the same on paper as it does on a computer screen.

Night owls will appreciate it.

Cost

Basic version – free

Premium – $ 4 / month, $ 34 / year

Method: GTD, paper-like weekly calendar

Simplicity

Use: for personal use

Simple and clear weekly with a minimalist design, has existed for over 10 years, has its own dedicated followers. The minimum number of functions.

Divided into two parts: an expanded week at the top and a list of to-do sheets below it.

From the disadvantages in clarity: the visual layout accommodates 5 days, while a week is still seven.

At the bottom of the screen, there is a place for creating independent thematic to-do lists: mini-projects, shopping list, books. The number of to-do lists is not limited, you can change headers and rearrange them in order.

Functionality

In teuxdeux, there is no color highlighting, if you want to highlight the task from the crowd – you can use * italics * or ** font fatter than **, highlighting the text with one or two asterisks on both sides.

Conveniently implemented function for adding recurring events:

Recurring events

By adding the phrase every day, every month or every year to the task, the event automatically starts repeating on the specified day after the specified time interval.

Flying cat

A funny detail that can be activated in the settings – a flying cat sweeping across the screen at the moment the completed task is crossed out does not carry any functional meaning, but many people like it.

Reminders are sent by mail at the specified time in the form of a list for the day.

Method: paper-like calendar

Simplicity

Use: for personal use

Available for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch.

However, the number of days that fit on the screen can be changed from three to ten, whichever is clearer to anyone.A month view is also available with a convenient gradation of days by color, where it varies depending on the number of tasks per day – the lighter the shade, the more busy your day is.

Of the minuses – lists will have to be compiled somewhere else, there is no to-do list function, this is a calendar.

Functionality

Looks simple and elegant:

Main view

Moleskine has always been distinguished by the impeccable color code of its diaries, as well as in the electronic version – the color scheme is selected so that changing the interface is impossible to make a mistake. You can even change the color of the app icon to match your chosen theme.

Not quite standard data entry:

Entering events

A new event can be added by dragging the floating button to the desired day.It is even more convenient to set the time and date by simply pulling left and right.

Timing:

If you add time and geolocation to an event, the calendar will calculate the route and travel time, and then send a push notification when it’s time to leave to arrive on time. You can choose the way of transportation, connect Waze, Google Maps or Apple Maps.

In the past, Evernote users had access to templates on the fly, which meant taking notes and then copying and pasting those notes into a new document every time they wanted to use it.Evernote has finally caught and released a template library that all users have access to. These templates can be found in the Evernote Template Gallery.

Note : Although all users have access to Evernote templates, they can only be applied to existing premium user documents. If you’re using the free version of Evernote, you’ll either have to use existing notes in their current format, or recreate them to fit into the template you want.

To use Evernote templates:

  1. Go to the Evernote Template Gallery and find the one you want to use.
  2. Click View Template to see the complete document.

How to Create a OneNote Calendar Template

If you’ve ever wanted to save time, creating a Microsoft OneNote calendar template offers many benefits. This gives the pages a consistent look and allows you to structure different types of notes. You can create a monthly calendar to keep track of projects and attach files along with it. Or create a planner for weekly activities.

Sorry, there is no calendar tool in OneNote. But with built-in features and add-ons, we’ll show you five different ways to create a OneNote calendar template.

1. How to create a calendar template in OneNote

Paper notebooks, such as three-sided bindings, use dividers to create sections and have pockets that you can fill with loosened sheets of paper. OneNote uses a similar organizational configuration. Each notebook is divided into sections and can contain many pages.

While creating a calendar in OneNote is almost as easy as editing a Word document, you need to choose the right layout to keep your calendar running smoothly.

  • An existing or new notebook. In most cases, it is easy to manage your calendar in an existing notebook.
  • Potential Use: You want to create a calendar to keep track of personal projects or to collaborate with your team. You need to create a separate notebook for collaboration.
  • Spacing between cells: If you want to write notes or attach files in a cell, it is best to keep a sufficient spacing when creating your calendar.

Insert table

First, we will create a new page. In OneNote 2016, click + Add Page or press Ctrl + N on your keyboard.

To create a table, click on the “ Insert ” tab.Click the arrow in the Table drop-down menu and drag over the fields to select the desired rows and columns in the table.

Create a table with five rows and seven columns. Four rows for weeks a month. There is an additional line for headers. And if you notice carefully, every time you click on a table, OneNote opens a hidden menu “ Layout” with all the tools associated with the table.

Complete table

Place the cursor in the first field on the top line and enter Monday .Press Tab, to move to the next cell and continue adding the remaining days of the week. Then enter the dates for that month.

To adjust the column width, hover over the edge until you see a double headed arrow and drag the edge. Although the lines cannot be resized, they will automatically adapt to the size of the text within them.

Format Table

You can change the appearance of the table text and apply formatting to suit your needs.Click in the first cell of the table, then drag the pointer to the end of the table. Then press Ctrl + B, to make the entire line bold.

We apply some shading to the cells to make it look attractive. Select the cell or cells you want to format. Click on the tab Layout . Then from the drop-down menu , select the color you want to apply. Cell shading only affects the background behind the cell’s content.

Save your calendar as a custom OneNote template

As of 2013, you won’t find quality models in OneNote. But you can improvise and create your own by creating a template from the basic calendar you just created.

On the Insert tab, click Page Templates and select the Page Templates option .

Press Save current page as template . Enter a name, and if you like, you can set it as the default template for new pages in the current section. It will save you time if you create a new OneNote calendar every month.

2. Modification of an existing model

If you want to make some changes or edit a template you downloaded from the Internet, OneNote allows you to easily edit them.

Click the Insert tab and click Page Templates . From the drop-down menu, select the Page Templates option to display the Templates task pane.

Click on the small drop-down arrow next to My Models and select the model you just saved. This action opens a new blank page and applies the selected template. From here enter the name of this version of the model and save it.

3. Import your calendar image

You will find many free Microsoft Office calendar templates with different designs and types (eg business, school, parenting, etc.). Because OneNote makes it easy to import images, it cuts down on the time it takes to create a model.

To insert a picture, click the “ Insert ” tab , then click “ Pictures” .In the dialog that appears, navigate to the folder and select your image. Alternatively, position the pointer around the edges and take a screenshot of the image.

When OneNote inserts a crop into a page, you can’t start adding actions or events right away. Right-click the image and select Set Image as Background . Click anywhere in the table cell and enter text.

The only drawback to this method is that you cannot resize the columns, so you will need to keep your notes short.

4. Insert a calendar with non-elastic macros

Onetastic is a useful add-on that increases OneNote’s ability to perform complex tasks. For example, you can view and manage a notebook page with OneCalendar, or crop an image with custom sizes.

You can use page management features such as adding important pages to your favorites list and defining custom styles to quickly format page text.Onetastic is available in both 32-bit and 64-bit versions, so download the add-on for the version of OneNote you are using.

Please note that the OneNote app for Windows 10 does not support third-party add-ons such as Onetastic.

Using macros to insert a calendar

The great capabilities of Onetastic are made possible by macros, which are small pieces of executable code that perform repetitive tasks. You can search and download macros for OneNote.

Go to the Macros tab (if you don’t see this tab, go to Settings> Show in Separate Tab ) and click Load Macros . You can find macros for creating a monthly or yearly calendar with a to-do list and a weekly planner.

Insert Monthly Calendar: Insert a calendar for the selected month and year. Choose the first day of the week and a color for the title.

Monthly calendar with to-do list: Insert the calendar along with the to-do list.Choose a header and color for the output and the width of the columns.

Managing notebooks with OneCalendar

As your OneNote laptop grows, the number of pages increases. They are becoming increasingly difficult to track based on creation or last modified date. With OneCalendar (part of the Onetastic add-on), you can view your calendar in order, from days to weeks or months.

To run it , click on the tab “ Home , then click “ Run OneCalendar” .If you are using the utility for the first time, you will be prompted to set the default language. From the bottom right corner, change the time period in month, week, or days. And in the upper right corner, select the appropriate year and month.

Then click on the hyperlink that represents the page you want to view. The add-on is fully customizable. Click the Settings button to change the font size, preview pages based on creation or modification date, notebooks to be included in the display, and the ability to preview pages on hover.

OneNote Trello Integration to Improve Productivity

You probably use your calendar to plan your daily activities, keep track of events, or manage your schedules. With OneNote, you can do all of this without leaving the app. If you’re busy keeping track of everything along with your calendar is a tricky battle.
