Printable Heart Notebook – Things you need
How to make your Prinable Heart Notebook for Valentines
- Choose which pages you would like to include in your book and print them out. There are two versions of these books included in the free printable: ‘The Things They Love’ pages include drawings prompts and ‘The People They Love’ pages are blank.
- Fold the heart template page in half horizontally along the dotted line, making sure that the sides of the paper line up.
Then fold it in half vertically.
- Carefully cut along the heart shaped line, making sure your folded edges stay lined up.
- Refold the horizontal and vertical folds with the printed lines on the inside. Then fold the diagonal line with the printed lines on the outside. If that makes no sense what so ever, watch this video to see what I mean. Now your clover-shaped page can fold down into a heart.
- Repeat steps one to four for all the pages you want to use for your book.
- Cut out the front and back covers.
- Glue the folded heart pages together, carefully lining up the edges. Glue the heart covers on the front and back of the book.
- Now it’s time to draw the things or the people you love.

How do I order photo gifts?
We’ve made it super easy to order photo gifts on our website. However, it’s nice to get some tips and tricks ahead of time. To create an easy photo gift online, read this useful article on our help page. You can also read the “Getting started at Snapfish” article on our help page for a broader overview.
Can I order photo gifts from my phone?
Yes! For quick and easy gifts, the app is a great place to start. Please note that there are more gift options, layouts, and embellishments available on our website versus the app. For help with the Snapfish mobile app, please visit the appropriate article for your device, iPhone App or Android App. Download the Snapfish App for free.
Where can I find gift ideas for friends and family?
If you need inspiration on how creative you can get with photo gifts, make sure you check out our blog! We have gift ideas for birthdays, holidays, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, or any day! We also have an occasions section on our website where you can find gifts for new baby, kids, pet owners, and more.
What’s the best photo to use for photo gifts?
Typically, the higher the resolution, the better the photos will print on your gift. If you’re creating a larger sized gift, you’ll want to have a higher resolution photo versus a smaller gift. Luckily our project builder will alert you if we feel the resolution is too low. Check out our help article for photo resolution tips.
Can I edit my photos?
Once you upload your photos to Snapfish, our editing tools allow you to automatically correct red eyes, photo orientation and color as well as enhance your photos by adding a tint, convert to black and white, manually crop or zoom, or rotate the image orientation. Find out more about editing your photos.
Can I use more than one photo on photo gifts?
Yes! Most products allow you to add more than one photo to the surface for a collage. You can view the many different style layouts for photo gifts in our easy-to-use project builder.
What if I don’t have a photo to use? Can I still customize a gift?
Yes! We have many gifts that don’t require photos. Our talented in-house design team has been busy making exclusive designs for drinkware, home décor, and more. Watch this handy tutorial on how to personalize Snapfish gifts without a photo in our project builder.

How to Fold a Love Letter into an Origami Heart
I still remember how I learned to fold letters into origami hearts like these. It was sometime in highschool. I had received a letter folded into this cute little heart. I had left it in my room while I was off to school. When I got back home, that letter was unraveled on my bed. Whoever snooped to read it, couldn’t put back the humpty dumpty of a letter back together again. Did a heart-shaped letter scream love letter? I was pretty pissed off back then, but I find it extremely funny now. Read on to learn how to make an origami heart. (Scroll down to the very end to watch a video tutorial instead!)
It all starts with a love letter. Haha! Actually, just any letter will do. Make sure your paper is a rectangle. The longer or more narrow the sheet of paper, the better.
Start out by folding the top right corner onto the left edge of the paper.
Unfold, and repeat with the other side.
You’ll end up with these pyramid like folds.
Gently allow the sides to pucker and collapse inward. I usually tell workshop participants to listen to the paper and the folds, not going against what comes naturally.
After creasing the folds further, you should end up with something like this.
Next, take the right corner of the triangle, and fold towards the top peak.
Repeat with the left corner.
Fold the right flap towards the center.
And repeat with the other side.
This is what it should look like afterward.
To continue, flip it over.
Fold the bottom edge towards the bottom of the triangle part. Depending on the size of the paper, it’ll be like folding your paper into thirds.
Next, fold down the first layer of the triangle peak.
Next, fold the bottom right corner towards the center fold.
Tuck the corner into the triangle’s pocket.
Repeat on the left side. You’ll end up with two bunny ears up top.
Take the right bunny ear, and fold at an angle downwards.
Tuck the tip into the pocket.
Repeat on the other side.
All done! Try folding your Valentines into Origami Hearts this year, for an added DIY touch.
Confused? Watch the video tutorial here!

Notebook heart
Receiving valentines is always a pleasure. And if the heart is made by hand, and even in the form of a useful little thing, then it is doubly joyful. It is very easy to make this heart – a notebook. To do this, you will need:
- a small sheet of thick red double-sided paper;
- 3-4 sheets of pink double-sided paper;
- scissors;
- pencil;
- heart-shaped template of any size;
- glue.
Sequence of work.
For the cover, lay the template on a piece of red paper, circle and cut out.
Carefully fold it in half.
The size of the template for making pages should be slightly smaller so that when finished, the leaves do not protrude beyond the edge of the cover. Therefore, fold the template in half and draw a line along the entire contour, reducing the size by half a centimeter.
Cut and unfold carefully. As you can see, the second template is smaller than the cut out red heart.
Attach the reduced template to a piece of pink paper, trace and cut out.
Thus, prepare 15-17 light hearts.
Fold them in half.
Apply a bead of glue along the entire length of the fold of the heart, half a centimeter wide.
Place the next piece on it, also folded in half. Apply glue again. You will have a stack of folded hearts. Let the glue dry.
Lay the red heart unfolded on the table and spread glue around the middle of the heart along the entire fold.Then apply glue to the spine of the resulting stack and place it with an edge on the red blank exactly in the center. To make both parts stick well, place two books on the sides of the pink blank and let the craft dry.
Now carefully join both halves of the finished cover, marking the edges.
Here’s a notebook you got. If you open it and turn it over to the other side, then you get a valentine card.
And inside your notebook you got a lot of pink pages: twice as many as there were blanks.
They can be left blank, leaving the future owner of the notebook to fill them in himself. Or you can write on each page a declaration of love, an offer of friendship, or just good words that you would like to say to your friend or girlfriend.
Performance in Moscow Notebooks
Another tribute to the STI of the past Chekhov season, “Notebooks”, can not be called otherwise than a quotation book. The text of the performance is made up of individual phrases taken out of context, aphoristic notes on cuffs, plot blanks, monologues and short dialogues belonging to the pen of Chekhov or other authors (copyright spoken), which do not fit together into something whole.They are thrown to each other and into the hall by conventional characters, designated in the program, for example, as “smart lady”, “lady-drama”, “collegiate assessor”, in which Chekhov’s types from “The Seagull”, “Sisters”, “Garden” are recognized … Almost the entire troupe is happy to play “merlehlundia”, as the vinaigrette genre is designated, making the viewer, as always, feel involved in their nice friendly company. The action, or rather the reading, takes place in a cramped wooden pavilion with light curtains, an old-fashioned lamp and Viennese chairs pushed to the fore.When the audience begins to enter the hall, the actors, about twenty people, are already sitting in it at a long table – eating, drinking, talking quietly. The banquet is both a celebration of the birthday of the actor Vasilisk Afrikanych, and a commemoration for someone’s uncle, and a wedding of young newlyweds. Those gathered make toasts, get drunk, go off to dance into the dark depths of the stage, sing romances with a guitar – and entertain each other with short anecdotal stories and sentimental statements. The topics for the exchange of remarks are very different – women, actors, love, marriage, children, sometimes they are diluted with more serious philosophy – about the future, happiness, faith, the mysterious Russian soul.From time to time a traveler passes by the talkers, without stopping for a long time – apparently, he walks in circles, but at least he is not engaged in idle chatter.
At the end of the first act, the heroes leave the hall to eat ice cream, call for them and entertain them during the intermission – applause and singing are heard from the hall. Plates and glasses disappear from the table, now it is covered with red apples, picturesquely dripping from the ceiling from time to time to start the second act with a luxurious rain. Fleeing from him in the gazebo and deciding to have tea, already familiar faces resume the conversation, as if they had never interrupted it.So, in three hours of stage time, nothing happens, and although sometimes it becomes funny, and in some places even very funny, by the end of the performance not even boredom is gradually brewing, but impatience: when will this word game, which can be continued indefinitely, end? As the curtain ends, the gazebo smoothly lowers under the stage, its roof turns out to be at the same level as the floor was earlier; on it sleeps, curled up on bare boards, a young man in a long white shirt. When he woke up, he read the whole story “Student” with pathos, like a sermon, after which the gazebo rises to its original place – and the aesthetic pleasure of a high-quality acting performance interferes with a slight bewilderment: Chekhov is not a religious author! It’s interesting to play not a work, but actually a draft to live music, but that our Anton Pavlovich is more than the very popular playwright everyone is used to is not news for the theatrical world for a long time, besides, it turned out the other way around: recognizing pieces of prose can make you think that there is nothing unexplored in Chekhov.
I would like to feel more sharply why we need these notebooks (and they are absolutely necessary), why the realities of life, noticed and used by Chekhov, are connected with our modernity, like the fire at which the Apostle Peter warmed his hands is inextricably linked with the fire at which he was warming country widows.
