How do I know if Pet Boarding or Pet Day Care is right for me?

  • I’m looking for a home-based cage-free environment for my pet
  • I’m looking for an affordable, personalized care for my pet
  • My pet is friendly and loves to socialise with other pets
  • I’m looking for a safe, loving alternative to a pet hotel

When you have to go away or work long hours, don’t worry about leaving your pet alone at home. Have you ever wondered “Is there a dog boarding near me in that can help?”. Luckily, with PetBacker, you can easily find local and trusted dog boarding from .

At PetBacker, we are all dog lovers ourselves, so we understand how stressful it can be to think about where your dog will stay when you need to go out of town. Dog boarding kennels might not always be a suitable option as they can often be far away, overcrowded, or unable to manage your dog’s individual needs.

Thankfully, PetBacker makes the process of finding a local pet sitter in easy and stress free. Our pet sitters each go through a strict verification process and when they offer dog boarding, they also have to include photos of their home environment so that you can really see where your dog will be staying. Each sitter is verified individually by our trust and safety team and they also have reviews from other pet owners on their profiles. Above all else, you can trust that they will love your dog as much as you do during their dog boarding stay.

The benefits of using a PetBacker sitter is that your dog will stay in an environment similar to what you provide at home and will get plenty of cuddles and attention. On top of that, our friendly dog boarding sitters are very flexible and will happily follow any routines, special instructions or requirements your dog may have. This is important for dogs as they can be a little uneasy about being away from home for the first time, so having a routine and a familiar environment (like another home in ) will make the dog boarding experience very positive for them.

If your dog is a couch potato and would prefer to hang inside all day, your PetBacker sitter will happily indulge them with lots of belly rubs during their dog boarding stay. Or if your dog is more active and prefers to go on daily walks and chase a ball, your pet sitter can accommodate that too! Think of dog boarding with a PetBacker sitter as a chance for your dog to have their own holiday.

PetBacker sitters charge a reasonable rate which includes daily updates, unlimited cuddles and playtime. This means you don’t have to worry about the price or paying extra for those services. This makes our dog boarding services an affordable alternative to traditional dog boarding kennels where you can be charged extra for each request.

Additionally, you can go on your trip without worry as all dog boarding bookings on PetBacker are covered by our premium insurance and 24-hour customer support team. This gives you and the sitter peace of mind during the entire dog boarding booking.

Our PetBacker sitters come from a diverse range of backgrounds and many are professionals in the pet care industry themselves. We have pet sitters that range from vets and nurses, to dog trainers and rescue volunteers. With such a wide range of skill sets, you are sure to meet a sitter that will meet your dog’s needs.

Do you have a love for dogs and a space to share yourself? Why not consider being a pet sitter with PetBacker in and offering dog boarding options yourself? We offer 24-hour customer support, insurance, and the benefit of flexibility. You get to choose when and how much dog boarding work you want to have. The application process is easy and we are always looking for new sitters in to be a part of the PetBacker team.

Found! Owner reunites with poodle after pet hotel escape and KL highway chase (video)

A dog that was filmed running away from at least eight motorcyclists at a busy Kuala Lumpur highway has reunited with its owner.

Dafi the brown poodle reunited with owner Steven Chong at 6:30pm yesterday, after being picked up by a man named Siva, Chong said. The 10-year-old pet had checked in at a pet hotel in Taman Segar, where it escaped through an open door 12 days ago and ran away, ending up at the busy highway, he added. Chong shared the dashcam footage of the chase on Saturday, in an online appeal for help finding his pooch.

“He’s still in shock and looks quiet, not as jumpy as he used to be,” Chong wrote online. The pet hotel did not immediately respond to Coconuts’ request for comment.

“[Your] insatiable love towards Dafi and me are overflowing,” Chong added. “I am so grateful to every one of you who has been trying to help and I couldn’t thank you enough. Bless all of you, my fellow Malaysians.”

Chong had shared a dashcam footage of motorcyclists chasing after his dog along the MRR2 Highway outside the Eko Cheras mall, located roughly 2.5 kilometers from the Pets Way pet hotel. At least three of them were food delivery riders. One motorcyclist even got off his vehicle in an attempt to chase after Dafi but ended up falling onto the road as the dog evaded him.

“It’s so cute, it must be lost, why is it running away?” a voice could be heard in the dashcam footage, which was upsetting for Chong to watch.

“It breaks my heart seeing Dafi running at the street feeling [scared] and probably looking for me. I really tear up,” Chong wrote in the video caption.

Let’s hope that it will win in 2009 as well. Its construction was completed in 1999. Tourists who fall into it are immediately surprised by its enormous size and extraordinary spaciousness, skillfully decorated with gardens and modern decorations, for which, by the way, it received the award for the most environmentally friendly airport in the world (Green Globe 21).
In order not to get lost in this magnificent structure, follow, as at every airport in the world, to the baggage claim icon:

But at this airport, following the sign, you will not immediately get to the baggage claim counter.KLIA is a fairly large airport, and planes are “parked” at the satellite terminal in the center of the airport. From it to the main terminal there are automatic, driverless air trains called Aerotrain. The sign will take you to an air train, consisting of 2 carriages, similar to subway cars, only slightly smaller.
After 2 minutes of automated travel, you are at the main airport building, and again continue your journey at the baggage claim sign:

Then, you come to the immigration control counters. There are many of these racks, some are only for Malaysian citizens, and the rest are for foreign citizens (Foreign Passport), and you need to go to them.
Malaysia is a visa-free country and you will be immediately stamped in your passport stating that your stay is limited to 30 days. There is no need to pay for a visa, and there is no airport tax in Malaysia. Further, you will follow, again at the sign and get your luggage, we recommend that you do not forget to exchange currency for local ringits also at the KLIA airport before entering the city.

If Jakarta is considered the financial and industrial center of Indonesia, then Yogyakarta takes the place of the country’s soul. This city is located in the center of Java Island. It blends the old traditions of Javanese life with the latest technology. The city is still ruled by the sultan, which gives the city an additional flavor, whose palace is located in the center of Yogyakarta. But, despite this, on its streets you can find a huge number of Internet cafes, bars and restaurants. The city has become a haven for many talented people of the country’s art, and thanks to this, exhibitions of painting, cinematography, photography and other types of art are held in exhibition halls, parks and city streets.

The stone bas-reliefs of the temple depict scenes from the Indian epic Ramayana. There are adorable images of mythical animals and funny monkeys, heavenly trees and, most importantly, the cosmic dance of the god Shiva, who creates and destroys the world.
